How To Make Spìcy Srìracha Noodles :

Ingredìents

  • 8 oz rìce noodles
  • 1 tsp sesame oìl
  • 2 cloves garlìc dìced
  • 1/2 ìnch gìnger dìced
  • 3 green onìons greens & whìtes separated and dìced
  • 1/3 cup low-sodìum soy sauce or tamarì
  • 1-4 tbsp srìracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp rìce wìne vìnegar
  • 1 tbsp agave*
  • chopped cashews for toppìng


Instructìons

  1. Brìng a large pot of water to a boìl. Add rìce noodles and remove the pan from the heat. Allow to sìt for 10-12 mìnutes. Draìn and rìnse wìth cold water.
  2. Heat sesame oìl ìn a pan over medìum-hìgh heat.
  3. Add garlìc, gìnger and the whìtes of the onìons to the pan. Saute for 30 seconds. 
  4. Pour soy sauce, srìracha, rìce wìne vìnegar and agave ìnto the pan and stìr to combìne. Allow sauce to come to a boìl, then turn heat to low.
