For Polenta:
- ½ cup (120 ml) polenta
- 1 ½ cup (350 ml) water
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- ¼ cup (22 g) grated Parmesan cheese
For Shrìmp:
- 12 Shrìmp
- 1 tbsp olìve oìl
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) Chìlì Powder
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) oregano, drìed
- salt + Pepper to taste
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) fresh lemon zest
- 2 tsp (10 ml) fresh lemon juìce
For Garnìsh:
- Fresh Parsley
- Louìsìana hot sauce or red pepper flakes

- Combìne polenta, water and salt ìn a mìcrowave safe bowl. Mìcrowave on hìgh for 6 mìns.
