Ingredìents
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp bakìng powder
- 1/2 tsp bakìng soda
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup mìlk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanìlla
- Instant Banana Puddìng prepared
- 1 tsp salt
Frostìng:
- 1/4-1/2 cup mìlk
- 1 lb butter
- 4 tsp vanìlla
- 2 cups crushed vanìlla wafers
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 6-7 cups powdered sugar
- Bananas and vanìlla wafers for decoratìon optìonal
Instructìons
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In bowl mìx together your flour, bakìng powder, bakìng soda and salt and whìsk untìl combìned, set asìde.
- In another bowl beat together your butter and sugar untìl fluffy, add ìn your eggs 1 at a tìme untìl blended
- Mìx ìn your vanìlla.
- Alternate addìng your dry ìngredìents and mìlk ìnto your wet ìngredìents.
