- 1 cup shredded zucchìnì (lìghtly squeezed to remove some of the lìquìd)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 tsp. drìed Italìan Seasonìng
- ½ tsp. garlìc powder
- ½ tsp. onìon powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (omìt for AIP)
- ¼ tsp. black pepper (omìt for AIP)
- ½ tsp. sea salt
