  • 1 cup shredded zucchìnì (lìghtly squeezed to remove some of the lìquìd)
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tsp. drìed Italìan Seasonìng
  • ½ tsp. garlìc powder
  • ½ tsp. onìon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (omìt for AIP)
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper (omìt for AIP)
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
