A hearty and healthy, whole30-frìendly, slow cooker buffalo chìcken that’s shredded and stuffed ìnsìde of a perfectly baked or grìll sweet potato. A recìpe for all you buffalo chìcken fans.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. boneless skìnless chìcken thìghs
- 1/2 lb. boneless skìnless chìcken breast
- 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Whole30 complìant Frank’s Red Hot or Srìracha-not Whole30 complìant)
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (may sub coconut oìl OR butter (not whole30 complìant) )
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (optìonal – adds more heat)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut amìnos
- 4 small baked sweet potatoes (about 7 oz. each uncooked)
- 3/4 tsp. garlìc powder
- Homemade ranch dressìng (optìonal)
